No matter what integration package you choose, you will have access to our bi-weekly webinars which run through the basics of using your chosen accounting software and Arthur, as well as receiving a comprehensive guide catered towards your set up. To integrate multiple accounts speak to us directly and we will provide a quote. *All prices quoted below are for a single Arthur account. If there is no connection available for your required bank accounts then your client will need to upload bank statements to Xero manually. Please ensure your bank accounts connect with Xero. Allow at least three weeks for the completion of the integration – this is subject to your portfolio size and complexity of your set-up and could take more or less time in some instances.Ĥ. Payment will take a few days to process through your bank via Direct Debit. To book your integration go to the Arthur Store > Xero and purchase from there. Any issues resulting from a bug in Arthur will be remedied free of charge. It is important clients understand that there will be knock-on effects when using the systems incorrectly and the Arthur team may need to charge for issues created as a result of user errors. £45.00 + vat per hour is charged to investigate and correct any issues.

If the integration has been carried out by a third party or by you (the client), Arthur is unable to support this free of charge. Lastly, we have a community of Accountants/Bookkeepers you can utilize to assist you with the running of your account, they can be found here. We provide 2 hours of free support for the integration during which time you get to understand Xero, we also offer weekly webinar sessions where you can improve your knowledge.

If you currently have a Xero discount, it will be applied to the new pricing from 23 September 2021 and will continue for the length of time originally agreed.
